The Version 3.0/4.0 Series is ideal for deep
draw applications up to 7.5”. Web widths up to 48” and
mold sizes up to 45” x 52” can be run on this Series.
Popular materials such as HIPS, A-PET, C-PET, PP, HDPE, PVC and
ABS are ideal for processing on the this Series. The machine can
be configured to run roll stock or inline with extrusion. The
Version 3.0/4.0 Series has many unique features to provide you
with a competitive edge. Rigidity in the forming station is enhanced
by our innovative platen toggle cam mechanism (Patent Pending),
which reduces flex. Our revolutionary “Linear Third Motion”
(Patent Pending) provides unmatched performance in plug drive
technology. A variety of heat tunnel configurations are available.

The Version 3.0/4.0 trim press relies upon
a massive 1.500” frame to accommodate the required trimming
loads. Conventional and reverse trim configurations of the press
are available. A servo driven indexing system and canopy assist
are standard. A parallel treadle motion and a servo eject system
are available.Integration with downstream automation is also available.
