Thermoforming Systems LLC shipped the first of numerous Low Flex® 6.0’s currently on order.  The LF6.0, with a platen area of 65” x 67” and a maximum depth of draw of 10” has the largest forming area of any thermoformer in the world of this type.

The LF6.0 is built for extremely high volume applications and typically runs inline with extrusion.  The LF6.0 is available with either a horizontal or vertical trim press.

Thermoforming Systems LLC (TSL) announced today that they have fully occupied their new 50,000 square feet facility located at 1601 West Pine Street, Union Gap, WA (adjacent to Yakima, WA).

The new facility is built on 7.3 acres, with future expansions planned. The new facility consolidates three locations formally occupied by TSL in Yakima, WA.

TSL is a leading machine maker for the thermoforming industry with annual sales in excess of $20 million, with approximately 60 Team Members worldwide.

TSL started its business in July 2002 and has grown 4 fold during the past three years principally due to new product introductions and market expansion worldwide.
