The durable TSL forming press is ideal for a variety of shallow draw applications up to 4" deep. It can easily accommodate materials such as polystyrene foam, HIPS, cellular PET, PP, PVC and ABS. The press can be configured for match metal mold or pressure/vacuum forming as required. The rugged TSLforming press features massive cast steel platens for a minimum of tooling deflection under forming loads. The TSLdrive linkage effectively transfers the load from the platen members to the frame through 8 bearing points, thus insuring rigidity within the tooling package.

The Version 3.1/4.1/5.1 trim press relies upon a massive 1.500” frame to accommodate the required trimming loads. Conventional and reverse trim configurations of the press are available. A servo driven indexing system and canopy assist are standard. Integration with downstream automation is also available.
